Dave Forehand - Dave Forehand is a licensed Broker and founding member of Team Forehand Realty with AXEN Realty in Green Bay, Wisconsin. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate and 2.5 years of property management, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to helping property owners protect and grow their investments.
Over the course of more than 300 successful transactions, Dave has gained expertise in a wide range of property types, including residential homes, multifamily units, condos, commercial properties, vacation homes, vacant land, probate sales, and bank-owned properties. This depth of experience allows him to understand the unique challenges that property owners and investors face, and to deliver tailored solutions that maximize value and minimize stress.
As a property manager, Dave focuses on providing consistent, reliable service and fostering long-term relationships with both owners and tenants. His approach combines strategic planning, strong negotiation skills, and a trusted network of vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations, efficient maintenance, and profitable results for his clients.
Dave is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator and holds several niche certifications in REO/Foreclosures, Probate & Estates, an Accredited Buyer’s Agent and Luxury Homes. He continues to expand his knowledge and training to stay ahead of the ever-changing real estate and property management markets.
When he’s not managing properties or negotiating deals, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and their two children, curling, and rewatching the classic Star Wars movies.

Tavia Sebero - Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Tavia Sebero is the proud part-owner of Nobel Roots Property Management. Her journey into real estate and property management began in 2014, when her mother asked for help with maintenance and renovations on her rental units. Always drawn to hands-on work and creating things of lasting value, Tavia jumped at the opportunity.
What started as weekend projects quickly evolved into a full-time career. In 2017, she acquired her first rental property and discovered her passion for transforming spaces and managing properties. After years of long hours and dedication, Tavia took the leap in 2020 to start her own renovation business, Premier R&R, which she continues to operate today.
In 2021, she expanded her portfolio by purchasing a beautiful 1900s triplex and founded Not Your Average Landlord, her personal rental company built on quality, integrity, and care. As her experience grew, so did her vision—to offer property owners the same peace of mind she sought for herself.
That vision became reality with Nobel Roots, a partnership with her long-time realtor and now business partner. Together, they created a property management company dedicated to tenant retention, cost-effective and lasting updates, and exceptional service.
